Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

In the year 2015, United Nations have created 17 global goals to address multiple environmental, social and economic failures, which must be addressed to achieve a global harmony working towards a better, safer and a just space for humanity, leaving no one behind. These 17 goals are as follows:

  1. No Poverty – make sure everyone has enough money to live and eat.

  2. Zero Hunger – make sure no one is hungry.

  3. Good Health & Well-being – help everyone stay healthy and get medical care.

  4. Quality Education – make sure all children can go to school and learn.

  5. Gender Equality – treat all the genders equally.

  6. Clean Water & Sanitation – make sure everyone has clean water to drink and use.

  7. Affordable & Clean Energy – use energy that doesn’t hurt the planet (like wind and solar).

  8. Decent work & economic growth – help people get jobs that pay well and are safe.

  9. Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure – build things that help people and the planet.

  10. Reduced Inequalities – treat everyone fairly, no matter where they’re from.

  11. Sustainable Cities & Communities – make cities safe and fun for everyone.

  12. Responsible consumption & Production – use only what we need and don’t waste things.

  13. Climate Action – fight climate change and pollution.

  14. Life Below Water – keep the oceans clean and safe for animals.

  15. Life On Land – take care of trees, animals, and land.

  16. Peace, Justice & Strong Institution – stop war and help people live peacefully.

  17. Partnerships for the goals – all countries and people must work together to reach these goals.
